Add NK Admin web container on 127.0.0.1:18080 with placeholder page

+Everything runs in **one** Docker Compose project (`~/APPS/nk-backend/supabase-project`). Only two ports are opened, and only on `127.0.0.1`; HestiaCP's nginx handles HTTPS and forwards to them:
