Express 5 + Prisma + PostgreSQL API for managing reverse-proxy service catalogs, bulk imports, and gateway proxy calls.
## Setup
1. Copy `.env.example` to `.env`.
2. Set `DATABASE_URL` to your PostgreSQL database.
