# MTC Reverse Proxy Backend

Express API with Prisma and PostgreSQL.

## Setup

1. Copy `.env.example` to `.env`.
2. Set `DATABASE_URL` to your PostgreSQL database.
3. Run:

npm install
npm run prisma:generate
npm run prisma:migrate
npm run dev
```

Exact duplicate services are skipped. Conflicting services are returned by the preview endpoint and require `mode: "overwrite"` in `/api/imports/apply`.
