The previous theming commit left some menu items invisible
(white-on-white): Bootstrap's .text-900 utility is applied directly
on the same <li> as our color rule for leaf items (web.SectionMenu),
and its own !important beat ours there on specificity, while
parent-header items (styled via a separate wrapper div) kept their
original dark Bootstrap color instead of inheriting ours. Also the
drawer's scrollable content area has its own opaque white background
in Odoo's base styles, hiding the gradient set on the outer sidebar.
Fix: make the content area's background transparent so the parent's
gradient shows through, and force every descendant to inherit the
white text color instead of fighting each Bootstrap utility class
individually.

The duplicate-hamburger fix removed our custom off-canvas sidebar on
mobile, deferring to Odoo's own small-screen navigation (.o_menu_toggle
-> .o_app_menu_sidebar, from web.NavBar.AppsMenu.Sidebar). That native
drawer is driven entirely by Odoo's own ui.isSmall JS check, independent
of any breakpoint here, and was never themed, so it fell back to stock
white/purple Odoo styling while the desktop .o_sidebar_custom sidebar is
fully branded. Re-skin .o_app_menu_sidebar (topbar, section list, app
list) with the same teal gradient so mobile and desktop match.

Restoring Odoo's native d-none d-md-flex hide on .o_menu_sections
(previous commit) revealed its own built-in "All Apps" mobile burger
menu, which already lists the full Education app sections (Dashboard,
Master Data, Students, ...) in its native drawer. The custom
off-canvas sidebar + hamburger toggle added in the previous commit
duplicated that, showing two hamburgers in the mobile header. Drop
the custom toggle/backdrop and just hide the custom sidebar below
768px, deferring entirely to Odoo's native mobile menu.

The faculty/admin backend (sidebar, top nav, dashboard widgets) had
zero mobile responsiveness, unlike the login page and student portal
which already had proper breakpoints. On a phone the fixed 260px
sidebar plus its unconditional margin-left permanently ate most of
the screen, and the dashboard's KPI/chart/widget rows used fixed
CSS grid columns with no stacking.
- sidebar.xml: sidebar goes off-canvas below 768px with a hamburger
toggle and tap-to-close backdrop, instead of always being visible
- backend_forms.scss: content margin-left and the forced
display:flex/overflow:visible on the top menu are now scoped to
desktop only, restoring Odoo's native d-none d-md-flex mobile hide
that the override was defeating
- education_dashboard_templates.xml: KPI/chart/widget grids stack to
2-col/1-col under 768px/420px instead of staying fixed at 5/3 cols

Reconciles local main (diverged after origin remote was repointed to
a different repo URL) with origin/main's newer history. Content
conflicts resolved in favor of origin's version; dropped committed
.pyc bytecode and local session cookie files that origin's history
had tracked.
