03 Merchant Onboarding

Flow:

  1. Create merchant in wrapper
  2. Generate Uber OAuth URL
  3. Merchant authorizes Uber account
  4. Callback stores tokens + store identifiers

Multi-client principle: each merchant has isolated credentials and mappings.
