docs: add release notes workflow (#29) 
* fix: cap per-user audit capacity

Block new audits before a user exceeds the temporary 100k audit footprint cap. Surface a clear delete-old-audits message in the audit launch UI.

* fix: reserve audit capacity with Drizzle

* chore: prepare 0.0.2 release notes

* docs: add release notes workflow

Release Notes

Store finalized release notes in this folder as versioned Markdown files.

Recommended naming:

  • release-notes/v0.0.2.md

Typical flow:

  1. Generate a draft with pnpm -s release:notes.
  2. Copy the final edited notes into a versioned file in this folder.
  3. Publish with gh release create <tag> --title <tag> --notes-file release-notes/<tag>.md.
